We plan the fire-fighting and fire-protection systems in accordance with national and international standards.
Water is stored in underground fire reserve tank of the stipulated capacity, and is drawn using electrically driven jockey pumps, fire pumps or sprinkler pumps. All pumps have a separate suction line from the fire suction header. Delivery from the pumps is connected to the respective hydrant and sprinkler system, for which installation control valves with hydraulic alarm are provided in the basement. The sprinkler pump is isolated from the main discharge header by a no-return valve so that the hydrant pump can also act as standby for the sprinkler system.
Services are delivered from conception to commissioning of each Project, enabling the Planner to arrive at an optimum design and installation for the following Engineering services.
